At 26 grams, this spindle offers confident momentum while remaining versatile, making it ideal for fine to medium yarns, wool, alpaca, silk blends, and comfortable everyday supported spinning. The 25.5 cm (10″) length provides steady control and a clean, predictable spin path.
The lap support bowl offers a wider, more stable base than standard bowls, allowing longer spin times with fewer interruptions. Walnut adds durability and weight, while pear contributes smoothness and warmth to the spinning surface.
Each piece is handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia and finished with natural oils and beeswax for a silky, fiber-safe surface.
