Strong, expressive, and beautifully balanced, this artisan support spindle set features a smooth pear wood shaft paired with a dense mulberry and walnut wood whorl, completed with a matching mulberry support bowl for stable, confident spinning.

At 35 grams, this spindle offers powerful momentum, making it ideal for medium to heavy yarns, longwools, alpaca blends, rustic fibers, and comfortable plying. The 26.5 cm (10.4″) length provides an excellent balance between reach and control, supporting slow, sustained, and even rotation.

The mulberry–walnut whorl combines warmth and density, while pear contributes a silky feel and refined balance through the shaft. The mulberry support bowl offers a smooth, fiber-safe spinning surface and completes the set with a cohesive, natural aesthetic.

Each piece is handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia and finished with natural oils and beeswax to enhance durability and highlight the character of the wood.
