Light, responsive, and beautifully balanced, this artisan support spindle set features a smooth walnut wood shaft paired with a refined pear wood whorl, completed with a handcrafted beechwood support bowl for smooth, reliable spinning.

At 20 grams, this spindle accelerates quickly and maintains excellent control, making it ideal for fine yarns, lace-weight projects, wool, silk blends, and relaxed everyday supported spinning. The 25.5 cm (10″) length offers steady handling and a clean, predictable spin path.

Walnut provides strength and a comfortable feel in hand, while pear brings smoothness and precise balance at the whorl. The beech bowl offers a neutral, low-friction spinning surface that complements the spindle without adding unnecessary weight.

Each piece is handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia and finished with natural oils and beeswax for a silky, fiber-safe surface.
