Elegant, strong, and beautifully balanced, this artisan support spindle set is crafted from walnut wood and paired with a pear and walnut lap support bowl, designed for comfortable supported spinning.

With a weight of 30 grams, this spindle provides excellent momentum while still maintaining smooth control. It is well suited for fine to medium yarns, wool, alpaca blends, and comfortable plying. The 24.5 cm (9.6″) length provides stable rotation and comfortable drafting space.

Walnut wood offers durability, balanced density, and a warm natural appearance that makes every spindle visually unique. The lap support bowl provides a wider spinning surface than standard bowls, helping maintain long uninterrupted spin times while spinning in the lap or on a table.

The pear and walnut bowl combination adds both durability and natural visual contrast.

Each piece is handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia and finished with natural oils and beeswax to protect the wood and enhance its natural grain.
