Lazy Anna – Chestnut, Pear & Beech Support Spindle Kate

Lazy Anna by Kravelli is a handmade Lazy Kate created specifically for plying from support spindles.

It accommodates three support spindles at once and is designed for spindle lengths ranging from approximately 13 cm to 30 cm / 5.12 to 11.81 in.

This version combines chestnut, pear, and beech wood. Chestnut forms both the bottom stand and upper cups, pear and beech are used for the pillars, and pear returns in the top detail.

Handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia.

Why This Version

This Lazy Anna uses chestnut in both the bottom stand and the upper cups, giving the design a strong visual connection between the lower and upper sections.

Pear and beech are combined in the pillars, while pear is repeated again in the top tip. Together, the three woods create a distinctive version within the Lazy Anna collection.

As with the other Lazy Anna versions, it is designed to hold three support spindles during plying and accommodate spindle lengths from approximately 13 cm to 30 cm.
