Light, responsive, and beautifully balanced, this artisan support spindle set features a smooth walnut wood shaft paired with a refined chestnut wood whorl, completed with a walnut and beech lap support bowl for comfortable, extended spinning.

At 17 grams, this spindle is ideal for fine yarns, lace weight spinning, silk blends, and delicate drafting. The 24.5 cm (9.6″) length provides steady control while maintaining a light, agile feel in motion.

Walnut offers strength and stability in the shaft, while chestnut contributes a smooth, warm balance at the whorl. The lap support bowl provides a wider, stable spinning surface, reducing interruptions and allowing longer spin times.

Each piece is handmade in the Kravelli workshop in Georgia and finished with natural oils and beeswax for a smooth, fiber-safe surface.
